Matt has led projects that improve operations by integrating and customizing software solutions tailored to organizational needs.

With expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, and system troubleshooting, Matt specializes in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that streamline business processes. He has worked with multiple AMS platforms, including Nimble AMS, MemberClicks, iMIS 2017, and iMIS EMS, leading migrations, configurations, and process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience. His broad knowledge of these platforms enables him to develop solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in Enterprise Software from Northern Illinois University. He joined AT in 2018 after working at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Software Specialist and Business Analyst. His background includes software implementation, system upgrades, application development, and website management.
