Andy has had a notable track record working with associations throughout his career, both internally and as a consultant. Over the past two decades, he has served as an Sr. Application Analyst & Technical Applications Manager for AT, where he has amassed a broad range of tools, strategies, and insights to support organizations in achieving their goals. His expertise spans from problem-solving and data analysis to refining and optimizing business processes. Andy works closely with his clients to help them unlock the full potential of their applications while setting the groundwork for future strategic initiatives.

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Roosevelt University. Although he does not currently practice in this field, this pathway led him serendipitously to the association community and sparked his passion for data, reporting, and business analysis.

In his leisure time, Andy enjoys practicing and performing with his improv group 'Incognito Mode' monthly. He cherishes spending quality time with his family and friends, exploring local breweries, and always searching for good bakeries to indulge his sweet tooth.
