Safety Net Service
AT’s Safety Net service is comparable to an insurance policy for your IT infrastructure.
We maintain server hardware at our location for the unforeseen need when
a client needs to recover from a disaster. This will provide the client’s
staff with access to email, accounting, membership data, and stored files.
The client’s staff connects remotely from wherever they may be (home, new office,
etc.) to perform their daily activities.
The hardware is intended to be utilized
for 30 to 60 days while the client acquires new hardware and office space to where
the network services will be transferred.
In order to perform
the disaster recovery in optimal time AT performs a critical network configuration
backup once a week and securely stores it offsite at Association Technologies.
This backup will be used in conjunction with the latest tape backup to recover the
client’s data, mail, and files.
