Report Messenger
Report Messenger utilizes Crystal Reports to send customized mailings, such as dues notices, receipts, confirmation
letters, meeting agendas and so much more.
Report Messenger also provides the functionality to track successful and failed
mailings within the database. For those records without an email address, the user
has the option to print customized reports to send via mail or fax.
Report Messenger will save you many manual staff hours and cut down on the
cost of postage and printing.

How It Works…
A wizard tool walks
you through the entire process, first by identifying the crystal report to be used
for the mailing. Next provide any recipient filtering you may need and define the
email body and subject. When you are finished a personalized email is sent to each
recipient with the report containing information specific to that individual.
